Full Custom caps are indicated when the wearer requires custom tailoring to get the right fit. A new custom pattern is designed for you from the ground up. During the full custom process, the client can choose the required level of fit (i.e. loose at top and fitted on sides, or fitted all over, width of closure opening), the exact depth front to back, any special contour needs over the ears (e.g. go deep but still create a cutout over the ears or sit over ears all the way around), the length and width of any ties, and other uniquely personal adjustments.
The full custom process uses plaster casting to create a cranial mold, which is then kept on file for any future design needs. In the long run, this drops the cost of future purchases and adjustments using the same cast. Upon completion of the design process, the customer receives a unique pattern code that can be used for future purchases, without having to go through the custom-fitting process again. If any future adjustments are needed, the cranial mold would already be on file and cost of adjustments is minimal.
Both full custom packages include a generous time delimited discount code towards any other purchases, Ready to Ship or Custom.
In the event, you would like exclusive custom-designed fabric, you also have the option of having a fabric print designed for you. Cost would be dependent on the type of design and amount of fabric needed to complete the amount of caps you would like made from custom fabric. The fabric design process is separate from the scrub cap design process, so can be begun at any time.
In the event you don't personally need a scrub cap, but would like to gift a tailored scrub cap to your favorite medical professional, Palettorium can ship the kit to a US-based address along with a gift message.
