Make adjustments to custom single layer cap made of solid-color 100% premium cotton fabric. Choice of:
Fabric Color: choice of nearly 100 fabrics for the shell and over 45 solid colors for the lining
Style: tall cap or surgeon's cap
Closure Style: Customizable tie length (standard on a LG surgeon's cap is 10.5" long from base of cap and 16" on the convertible tall cap). Customizable tie width (standard on a surgical cap is 0.5" and 1" on the long-tie tall cap).
Cap Depth: Customize cap depth. Use text box to share how much to remove from depth of a standard cap. To specify unequal depth removals, note in box (e.g. "leave 4" from seam on front and 2" from seam on side).
Snap Colors: if choosing baseball style snap closure, can also choose snap colors or leave to Palettorium's discretion and can choose to have 4, 5, or 6 snaps.
Bridge: can add elastic if a lightly elasticized bridge is desired at nape to make a lightly firm, very low profile small pocket to contain hair
Hair Pouch: Measured from the nape, customizable in 1" increments from 3" to 10"
Embroidery: Through September 30, 2021, only $5 for up to three lines of personalization with maximum 16 characters per line. Capability for longer lines available starting in October. Logo embroidery is available starting at $7 per logo -- email design to sales@palettorium.com for a more specific quote. With purchase of 10 or more caps, there is no cost for alphanumerical personalization. Current embroidery lettering includes 1/4" high capital letters -- see picture in product pictures for sample of capitals and lower case. Default embroidery location is lower right side of cap. To order a standard custom scrub cap, please visit the standard custom page. To adjust the standard pattern (tie-length and/or width, cap depth) and create a custom pattern for future use, Palettorium charges a $25 one-time tailoring fee. This creates a custom pattern number and all future caps purchased with this pattern will be at regular price.
