The Palettorium Promise
Great care goes into the making of each Palettorium scrub cap. From construction with fabrics that handle well under repeated washing to extra rows of stitching and reinforcements or continuous fabric design at key stress points, the Palettorium scrub cap line is designed to be a comfortable, quality, reliable partner in the operating room and on other occasions where scrub caps are needed.
With the many fabric choices, size range, built-in features and customization options available, we hope you are truly happy with Palettorium. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, let us know within thirty days of delivery and we will make it right. The exact resolution depends on what the issue is.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You pay return shipping if the return is a result of a change of mind.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping - Production and Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, any shipment going to an address outside of the United States requires a manual shipping quote. Please contact us at sales@palettorium.com with your account information and the items you would like to ship.
Ready to Ship items usually ship next business day. Custom items can take from 2 days to 4 weeks to ship, dependent on the work queue, level of customization and fabric availability for the quantity desired. Generally, any quantity of fabric that makes it through the cart purchase process is in stock and ready for tailoring. Any out of stock fabric could possibly be purchased, but could take additional time to receive. If you have an urgent need for scrub caps or would like to narrow down the window of time, please contact sales@palettorium.com with the products you would like to purchase and we will have a look at the work queue and narrow down the window for you.
Full custom tailoring involving plaster casting generally takes 4 weeks for production, plus the transit time. Full custom can be done in as little as 2 weeks, dependent on the work queue and other factors that will be discussed with you during the full custom process.
Pre-order items, such as Color of the Month caps will not ship until the month of their offering (e.g. an August pre-order will ship in August, unless ordered on the last day of the month, in which case it will ship the next business day in September).
Same-day pickups are available for customers in the 93618 zip code only on Ready to Ship products.
Shipping - Cost and Transit Times
For shipping within the United States, Palettorium uses regular Priority Mail. Once shipped, transit times are generally 2-3 business days but can be as much as 5 or more. Once handed to the US Post Office, transit time is dependent on their system and cannot be guaranteed. Priority Mail allows for package tracking and you would be able to track your package once shipped.
Fedex and UPS will be offered in the future, but are not currently available.
Priority Mail shipping is a flat $7.50.
